FAQ

You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers

We already offer chiropractic care in our benefits… why would we also do onsite care?

There are several reasons. The foremost is that many employees don't use those benefits due to multiple points of confusion within the insurance and chiropractic industries. And even when they do, many chiropractic providers are switching to cash-based models and deductibles are often too high before coverage kicks in, rendering the insurance benefits useless.

Plus, many people find taking time off work to go visit a chiropractor difficult and unrealistic to go as often as they need or would like to. While many people feel better after just one adjustment, chiropractic care is most effective with multiple treatments over time, making it even more difficult to schedule when working a full-time job.

When a chiropractor is at your workplace on a regular schedule, employees get the convenient care they want and need, with little disruption to the workplace. Not to mention it boosts morale and could fix that headache within minutes!

I don’t like to be “cracked”… is chiropractic care for me?

While chiropractors are often known for the “pop” and “crack” of the spine and neck (which is really just air leaving the joints), we are trained to do so much more. Along with adjustments, we offer hands-on therapies such as targeted exercises for problem areas, massage and stretching. So even if one is weary of adjustments, they can still find pain relief with many other forms of treatment.

Do you offer care in other locations besides Southern California?

Yes! While our main territory is Southern California, we have successfully serviced other states and companies with multiple locations across the country. If you’re a company with multiple locations, reach out for ways we can service your entire company with regular, onsite care or wellness events.

Are we liable?

While chiropractic care is extremely safe and effective, we understand you may have concerns about onsite care at your location. Not only do we go through a strict vetting process for our providers, we verify they have current malpractice coverage which applies to all at all locations we visit. You can rest easy knowing your employees are in good hands.

Do you take insurance?

We operate in a cash model that keeps patient care as our top priority. When offering care to whole companies, this model becomes extremely cost effective per employee. When employees don’t have to be bogged down by the uncertainties of insurance, paperwork, or worry about deductibles, care becomes a convenient and enjoyable experience for both the patient and our doctors!

If a cash model isn’t possible, we can accept HSA payments per employee. Schedule an inquiry to see if this route fits the needs of your company.

If insurance coverage is essential to considering onsite care, please reach out for additional options.

How much does it cost?

Like many service-oriented products - the cost is fit to the needs of the business. Prices range from $750 to $3000 on average depending on the service level. Even our most detailed partnerships cost fractions of what an onsite/near-site clinic would.

If you’re not interested in offering this service as an employee perk, we can accept HSA payments per employee visit.

How much space does it require?

A spare conference or office space is often adequate for facilities without dedicated multipurpose areas. 8'x8' or greater with visual and audio privacy is ideal.

Is onsite care HIPPA Compliant?

Our EHR and associated systems with BAA certificates all meet or exceed requirements. We select conscientious providers who adhere to these standards.

How do we notify employees to sign up?

Every service category includes a unique business portal page to unify communications and keep things simple. This page will have a link to the online scheduling system. We’re always open to “walk-ins” as well for those unpredictable and jam-packed days.

Can we try it before committing monthly?

Yes! A wellness or employee appreciation event would be a great way to get a glimpse of how an HQ Partnership will benefit your organization.
